The evergreen clinic is a therapeutic space for people who have experienced difficult life events and would like to further understand themselves and the challenges they face within their life and relationships.
The clinic is very private and located on the southern gold coast, in tranquil natural surrounds, overlooking the beautiful Currumbin Valley and Rainbow Bay.
Therapy provides a safe place for poeple to tell their story, feel less alone in their struggles and learn ways to acknowledge and tolerate pain.

The impact of trauma and difficult relationships can effect people very differently. Making sense of difficult past experiences allows us to process trauma in a more helpful way.
People may experience difficult and intense emotions, unstable relationships, intrusive thoughts and often report feeling out of control or numb.
Understandably, people may go to great lengths to try and avoid difficult memories, thoughts and feelings. This can result in people developing unhelpful coping strategies, avoidance of life and a sense of meaningless.
Trauma and difficult life experiences can dramatically effect a person's identity and how they connect and relate with others. Many people experience a loss of faith that their is any safety, predictability or meaning in the world.
A the evergreen clinic there is a strong focus on an individual's strengths and developing skills to better manage the challenges of life and relationships.
Therapy focuses on building an individual's sense of self and committing to a valued life. Restoring a sense of safety from within.

Fees and Appointments
Making help accessible
Fee per 50 minute session is $220.
Medicare rebates are available to those who have a current better access to mental health care plan.
Please discuss your eligibility for a mental health care plan with your GP or Psychiatrist.
